Salvage auction results
Recorded closing bids from UK salvage auctions. Per-lot search is paused, but the median recorded closing bid for each model is free with no sign in, and if you are pricing one specific lot the analyzer works out a max bid from its damage, repair cost and resale value, first analysis free. Use recorded closing bids as market-interest context only. They do not prove that the seller accepted the bid or that a sale completed.

Where the numbers come from
Our collector tracks live UK salvage auctions and revisits every lot after it closes to record the closing bid visible when the listing ended, then logs it here with the year, make, model, mileage, write-off category, damage description and whether the car started and drove at sale. These are recorded closing bids that are not independently confirmed sales, not asking prices, guide values or estimates pulled from a third party, and the database keeps growing as more lots close.
What is free and what is paid
The overall shape of the dataset, count, average, median and range, is free at the public recorded-bid summary, and so is the median recorded closing bid for each model. Per-lot search is currently paused. Until an accepted sale can be proved from direct evidence, no credits are charged and no row-level closing bid is presented as a sold price.
The figures are the last public bids our collector observed around the scheduled end of each listing. They do not prove that the reserve was met, the seller accepted the bid or the sale completed. See the factors that can move auction bidding.
How to use a recorded closing bid
Match on damage and category first, then make and model. A Cat N front-end shunt on a 2019 Fiesta is more relevant to another Cat N front-end 2019 Fiesta than a Cat S rear-end example. Where category and damage line up, the recorded closing bid can show market interest, but it is not evidence of what a buyer paid. Use it only as supporting context alongside inspection, fees, repair quotes and verified valuation evidence in the analyzer.
